I have been using Veho Genie for a year now and I find it a simple, effective and highly efficient system. From the ease at which I can upload my documents on to the system so that the administrator can see all my information, to applying for jobs and projects. This all makes managing my day to day working life relatively stress free. The system makes communication easy and the online documentation, PDF's etc makes the process of understanding how to do things and when to do them straight forward. I would highly recommend this system to anyone who must manage and look after multiple projects using many people.

I have been using Veho Genie from the very beginning. I have always found it user friendly. The You Tube guides are easy to follow, but that said the application itself is easy to use. Downloading documents is quite straightforward, invoicing and keeping track of what you have done is also very simple. I have never found the application difficult to use and would give it my full recommendation.

After being accepting on the books of a luxury transport provider I was required to upload documents to my Veho Genie profile to be eligible or work. With help from the excellent You Tube tutorials I was able to do this with the minimum amount of effort. I am by no means a computer savvy person, but I found Veho Genie an incredibly easy tool to use.

As a driver it’s crucial to be able to access information on the move works without any problems. Veho Genie is the system that allows swift communication and the ability to read, download and upload documents with either my mobile, tablet or laptop. I used to print out the job details that I needed however with Veho Genie there’s now no need. It’s all there whenever I require it.

I love the simplicity of Veho Genie while still having in depth features to allow clear communication through the blog posts and direct messages. The upload system is quick and easy especially as my profile turns green when my uploads are correct and complete. Working for other companies that use a similar system, Veho Genie is by far the easiest, clearest and complete system. All the information that I, and my employer need, is in one place.

I have been using Veho Genie for many years and experienced its continuing development, I find it easy to use, keeping my personal data secure and all documents readily accessible. I record my hours and any relevant expenses incurred. Receipts are easy to upload. I can do all this from my smart phone. On completion of a project I submit the invoice, I can download copies if required. A professional piece of software.

I have been using Veho Genie for well over a year now. The ease in which I am kept informed of updates and new opportunities has been great. I find the submission of expenses easy and the system ensures that you have filled everything out correctly prior to submission thus preventing delays in payment. The documents page lists all the relevant documents you will need in an easy to read chronological order and uploading them to my profile couldn’t be easier. Veho Genie helps me keep track of what I am doing, when I am doing it and what I have been paid in a thoroughly organised professional manner.

I have been really impressed with Veho Genie since I started driving for a luxury transport company who utilise the system. I am a bit of a technophobe and I was a little apprehensive at having to get to grips with a new IT system but I have been surprised at how user friendly and easy the system is to use. It is also reassuring to see the comprehensive level of systems security and pass code allocation. Uploading documents and information to the system is a doddle. I can clearly see what jobs/projects are available and applying for or withdrawing my application couldn't be quicker or easier.
